  2. I used it for a few months (pharmacutical grade powder) at first I couldnt believe the results, I was worried about getting stretch marks. It did not increase my strength though and it's effect seemed to diminish as time went on.

If you lift hard, then there's a good chance that you'll notice a difference.

It didn't increase my strength much, but it did help me to push harder. On average, I could do one to two more reps of my maximum sets.

I noticed a difference when I stopped taking creatine. It's one of those things that you don't really miss, until it's gone, so to speak.

  4. I used it for a couple of months and decided it did absolutly nothing for me
tried both the phosphate and monohydrate versions
if you are serious about lifting and want the body of a viking god and have lots of cash use rHGH
    human growth hormone
I trained for over 6 months trying to get rid of a bear belly and get washboard abs taking shots of chorionic gonadotrophin to boost testosterone
it was really hard work and results were slow in coming
then I took rHGH and WOW
I never felt beter in my life I could work out really hard and then be ready to work out again in like 10 minutes
my muscles grew every day(everyone noticed that I looked different everyday and my classmates keep asking me if I was on roids)
That was about 4 years ago I was only on HGH for 1 month(I couldnt afford any more)I took 2.5 mg shots every other day
I did not notice any adverse affects except that if I ate something really sweet it kind of made me have a small panic attack(but I got those anyway)
I got the abs I wanted and all the girls at my school drooled over my picture(I love the attention)
unfortunately I did not keep working out and have a belly again
but if you are serious and dont have any cancer or diabeties give it a try,I would if I had the money and I might do it this summer
it costed me about 210$ for a 5mg vial (2doses)Humatrope is even more expensive I cant remember the brand name of the one I used but I could look it up in my PDR if your interested

  5. well, I'm going to take it over the summer, it's the serum (liquid). I'm taking it for high school football in Augest. It's $40 per month, which I can afford so I'll give it a try for one month.

    Winners dont use drugs.

I think a lot of these things are like Fools Gold, you gotta be really carefull about what you buy. The rather inconclusive anecdotal evidence on offer can be misleading. It is a very ropey market that throws a lot of impressive sounding science in your face, however, in reality sometimes you are in effect taking a placebo. It is very much buyer beware.
    But listen to this...
I eat healthily, I dont take any supplements and I do regular exercise; my muscles get bigger, and I get fitter. Every so often, I find that I can do an extra few reps. After working out for the first few days/weeks, I find that I can comfortably add a bit of weight on to what I am lifting, until such a time as I dont really want lift any heavier.
So, what would I be like now if I had taken supplements when I first started working out? £xxx, worse off, that's for sure.
I spend my money on things that are value for money... like fast cars, fast women, cocaine and Cuban cigars.

  8. yes, but I've been a 2 month slump, my max's haven't gone up at all. I weigh 170lbs, heres what I am stuck at-

    bench - 225
    squat - 330
    incline - 190
    clean - 183

like I said, these haven't changed in 2 months, football conditioning is coming up and I need to be benching at least 240. I weightlift 45 minutes every day (in my weight class) and half an hour at home. Since creatine isn't illegal or anything, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try.

If you're looking for something to push you over the edge, then creatine should help. Whether it was purely psychological or not, I did notice a difference. Bottom line is, I saw results, while using creatine.

Is there a particular reason why you need to bench that much by football season? A bench is hardly a good gauge of your actual strength.
