Hi, I've been using Streamfab to download free-to-stream videos from Talking Pictures TV. Before it downloads it gives an option of resolution with the bitrate. But once the file has downloaded the size and bitrate seems odd with the bitrate only being around 2000kbps, with a size of 1024x572, 25fps and an audio bitrate of only 64kbps. Is the highest available resolution just down to the actual video file or is Streamfab just using the lowest bitrate?. Seems rather odd also that the episode (25 mins in length) I'm downloading is in 4x3 full screen (as it was originally broadcast and recorded in), yet the file size is 1024x576. When I open the file in Handbrake it shows black bars at the side which can be cropped automatically to the full frame aspect. Is Streamfab downloading the videos using a screen recorder?. I don't know why TPTV would output their content at such a low audio and video bitrate.
