  1. I put ffmpeg.exe, N_m3u8DL-RE.exe, and packager-win-x64.exe into a folder.

I opened up a command prompt, changed to that folder and ran the command:

N_m3u8AL-RE "https://archive-global.kiswe.com/.../mix-stream1.mpd" -sv best -sa best -mt -M mkv --save-name "video" --key e6e...:3e6... --use shaka-packager

The download seemed to work, it ran all the way through and the folder now has a huge video.mp4 (26gb) and a large video.en.m4a in it.

But the command prompt still says "Binary merging..."

Is this because the files that are merging are so big and I just have to wait it out? Or do I need to do something else? It's been sitting this way for about 2 hours now since the downloads ended.

    what is video URL?
    we can look at it

  3. How much free disk space is there?

  4. I stopped the merge that wasn't working and saw in the log that there was an error "cannot allocate memory."

I wound up putting mp4decrypt.exe into the folder, removing '--use shaka-packager' from the end of the command, and rerunning it and then it ran through quickly and successfully.

This is solved. Thanks all for the help.
