You should remove the mpd url you posted when its about tf1. It contains a token that has your IP. And judging by your profile country, I doubt you're using a french proxy to access the site.

Anyway download and put in the same folder (of your choice) the following programs (if you download a zip, then search in it the right executable file):
- N_m3u8DL-RE
- ffmpeg
- mp4decrypt
- shaka-packager (from assets download the executable that has packager in its name and rename it to shaka-packager)

Then open cmd in that folder and run the command provided by the addon. For example if you use windows, the content of that folder should have:
-> N_m3u8DL-RE.exe
-> ffmpeg.exe
-> mp4decrypt.exe
-> shaka-packager.exe

Hmm. I tested it on a random video from that series and it worked. Try unchecking the shaka packager option from the addon. In the generated command you shouldn't have the parameter --use-shaka-packager. Try that

Cause you didn't follow the instructions correctly. That folder should have these executables
-> N_m3u8DL-RE.exe
-> ffmpeg.exe
-> mp4decrypt.exe
-> shaka-packager.exe

I had to uncheck the shaka packager option from the addon (like you said, but i understood it as "remove shaka-packager from Nouveau Dossier" at the first time).

Glad you figured it out. As alternative, for tf1 specifically, you can download all 72 episodes at once using

python widefrog.py "https://www.tf1.fr/tmc/hercule-poirot/videos"

If it's too complex, then you can stick to what works at least.
