    Press x on the filter and remove the "m3u8" filter. Then refresh page, wait for network requests to fill, and play the video. Wait 5 seconds then stop it. Then press on the download "down" arrow that can be found on the same line as "Keine drosselung" in your image on right side. You will download a HAR file locally. Change the extension of that to txt and upload it here for people to see.
