Help to decrypt this weird drm encryption

weird thing is video playable only in mpc player even though encrypted.
Another thing is key getting changed in the middle of video.
how to solve this?

Somebody please try decrypting using mp4decrypt --key kid:key format and help.

It's not encrypted. mpv works fine. Maybe fixing the timestamps will help?
