  1. Hi, I currently have JVC S9760 plus ES10 and I am super happy with both of them. Both are service regulary and taken care of. But I am curious would it be lets say an upgrade to buy serviced and in good shape HR-S9850 or maybe HR-S9911U ?

You will have to ask yourself, is the upgrade worth it? How important the tapes are? this is not the type of questions you would ask someone else.

  3. Already did, got myself S8950 and V8000 for some good price, both in very good condition outside and inside. Can't wait to test them and check

They are worth for this kind of money that I get them for. I have a lot of tapes for customers that needs to be digitized so, I'll get that money back very soon, and rest is just profit. Plus all my customers were happy with picture quality so this is just going to be an upgrade.

They are asking if the proposed VCRs are better than his current VCRs.

If more money is not involved then that's a different question, If it does then my answer is assumed valid, and the reason is valid is because he was the only one that knows he is doing it for business, and he made a wise decision.
