    is their any way of making the picuture better on vcds i have been trying to improve the copy of blade 2 i have i have used tmpec but after 217 hours their was no differance in the piture quailty

    No. If the source is crap, the end-product will be crap. Just make sure you check out your sources before wasting any more time. 217 hours is a looong time. 8)
