I want to change my mpg mpeg files to vcd to watch on dvd player, how might i get this accomplished?

Supposing you don't want to do any editing and just convert your files directly to VCD without any menus, I think the easiest way would be to use TMPGEnc, but check the how to guides on the left for more specific information on the actual process and settings you should use. Once you get comfortable doing some conversion tests maybe you could try some editing or menus (also on the how to guides at left)
