MPD (you possibly need to get your own with your anvsid parameter set, just use The Stream Detector browser extension to easily get this):

If it is a paid service, you would need at least access to the source links to figure out how to grab the player only links.

I managed to generate an anvload link like in your example:

However, it spins in a loop because I don't know how to pass the manifest/stream ID. Your first example where you posted the anvload link doesn't make use of stuff like this so I can't deduce how exactly to pass the ID. In this case, the ID is:

How do you think I generated that link...? I already know that. Still can't deduce how to pass the stream id because your example doesn't need one. Good luck guessing every possible short name for that variable in your key/token.
