    I was told that this: ntsc = 1150 kbps cbr mpg 1 vid X 224 kbps mp1 layer 2 audio stereo is the vcd encoding standards, but could someone please explain that to me a little better? i'm pretty much a newb to encoding and stuff so I don't understand what was told to me. and I also believe thats only for the audio, not for the video so if someone could give me the standards for video that would also be great. thanx a lot
