    I can't watch https://bitmovin.com/demos/drm video。
It doesn't work if the DNS is set to 8.8.8.8.
This https://www.theoplayer.com/theoplayer-drm-aes-128-encryption won't open either, it's been loading, and it's wrong after waiting for a while.
Is there any way to solve it?
I hope there is a big guy who can solve it.

Use the correct android version. This is why you don't skip steps. Follow the instructions in order.
