So I want to move the global tag to a English audio video but it automatically shows in English, is there a way to keep it in Spanish?

Also I was able to find the encode lavf59.34.101 idk if that code means anything but is it possible to have both language suffix in English and in Spanish for the global tags?

i wanna do this https://imgur.com/a/ulIi4tr but want to have a english and spanish audio and i only want the spanish audio to show up on the global tag and a separate for English
