    Hello everyone!

    I'm new here and hello to you all!

    Basically, I need help, I have a Velbon Video Mate 438 Tripod and the Wind Crank Handel has broke, and I have a spare part of this from Transcontinenta and they provided me with a diagram on how it's done but I can't work out what to do its so complicated they state " In the centre diagram part number 1 needs to be removed so that pin number 17 can be removed"

    Any pointer with a video of some sort would be great!
