Best options in optimizing my N_m3u8 merged m3u8 file?

Hi,

Having trouble with some repeating or lagging on m3u8 I merged from N_m3u8.

What are the best methods and/or commands to optimize the playback of the merged m3u8?

Recommend then converting the m3u8 to .ts file for stability?

I think the best method would be

ffmpeg -i list.m3u8 -c copy out.mp4

If you still found it lagging, change out.mp4 into out.ts and use Eac3to to repair it. There are tutorials on this forum.

I manually merged the master, playlist, & meta after I downloaded the m3u8 with N_M3u8dl.

Not sure if there is something inside the code that I should look at? It seems to happen right around the Uplyx commercials then it seems to get connected. When its actually playing the the show it runs great.
