    I have burned several vcds using Imation CDR and I continue to get the video in black & white on my apex DVD player.

    any ideas?

    Sounds like a PAL/NTSC Problem. Where Do U live? USA/Japan use NTSC, the most other World use PAL (or the PAL similar SECAM System, especially Eastern Europe).
    So If U know which part of the world U live it wold be easy to find out which System U have to encode for. If U dont know, check what your Paya is set up for.
