Can this be downloaded. It keeps stopping starting when watching. i only get VTT files and registrykeys. Why would reg keys be in a film

Pluto TV doesn't have any protection and can be downloaded by any download manager of your choice. IDM, 1dm+ etc. I personally recommend yt-dlp.
