The video bitrate of the videos which I export by Adobe Premiere, is different from which I set on output settings!
Can you help me with this problem? Thanks

We really need some more information. I would suggest....
1. A screenshot of the output settings to mimic the video as encoded.
2. A mediainfo report (text mode) of the output video
Even so, I would have it a guess that your output setting bitrate is not an explicit constant value but is a variable value with what you set being the maximum.Last edited by DB83; 9th Dec 2022 at 17:10. Reason: formatting corrected.
