can you download/view a video from a deleted tweet using Wayback Machine?

Hello, I have been trying to view/download a video that was deleted from twitter using the Wayback Machine. The problem is that when trying to play it, the video won't load, not even the thumbnail. I have tried downloading the video using different programs like Internet Download Manager, VideoCacheView and yt-dlp but none of these methods worked.
I have read that it is possible to download it, but I haven't found a way yet. I think it's actually impossible.
