Help with subtitles from this site

Hi, I searched on forums, tried many of suggested solution, but nothing quite works for this site, to download subtitles. Site in question is www.tv4play.se and subtitles in question are, for example, from this stream https://www.tv4play.se/program/lego-masters-sverige/del-1-hj%C3%A4ltar-och-hj%C3%A4lti...ong-2/13325908

i tried with --all-subs and --list-subs commands for youtube-dl, doesnt work, says there are no subtitles (when i know there are swedish ones, as you can see when you play episode in question. I think you need VPN and free account if you arent in Sweden to watch stream, but can use youtube-dl to download video even without VPN), i tried Stream Detector extension for Firefox, but subs are fragmented/in parts, and there seems to be no single, continuous one detected by that extension. And i tried few more options/suggestions, but to no success.

If anyone can help, i would appreciate it. (plan is to later google translate subtitles since i cant understand swedish at all )
