Want Simple Blu-ray Authoring and Burning Software (Free or Paid)

Many thanks to all who contribute to this forum.

I am new to blu-ray. I have been searching for simple, user-friendly software (something like DVD Flick) that will author avi, mp4 and other common format video files, create the necessary blu-ray folders and burn them to BD media. Free or paid doesn't matter as long as it doesn't cost hundreds or dollars.
