The online stream of the TV channel I am watching has a feature, that when an advertisement is being played, and I switch to another tab during the advertisement, it stops playing until I switch back to the channel tab and start watching the stream again. When the advertisement finishes and the program starts, I can switch tabs, the stream won't stop. Is there a way to keep the advertisement playing when switching away? I guess it is possible to tweak this in the Inspect Element feature of the browsers in the Console. But how? Does anyone know which command to disable in the page code?
