Video Download Error

I am trying to download a video that I paid for to keep on my pc but I cannot download it, tried a few different programmes now but none of them have worked, I’m not technically minded so I’m stuck now and can’t get any further, any help would be appreciated thank you, please see picture for error on YT-dl thank you,
