Hi, not so much of a downloading question but wasn't sure where else to put this question, my apologies.

I'm trying to figure out whether the following information obtained through 'sources' in Chrome Developer tools is sufficient to figure out a URL that will be playable (either in browser or third party app like VLC). I'm aware that there are numerous ways to sniff a playable URL by other means, but for specific reasons, I'm wanting to know if I can work out the URL from the following info. By the time anyone reads this the session key will have expired so will not be viewable but if anyone could give me any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
