has anyone been successful in capturing using the dv codec (mainconcept's for example) directly from an analog source. In other words, without using a firewire card, and using a analog capture card like ATIs or something like that. Any horror or success stories welcome, but please be sure to give me system specs also. In case your wondering, I'm attempting to get away from the mjpeg capture codec and use something a little more compatible with the dv world. Thanks all.
