out of snc playing of VCDs on an SM supervision 2500

hi, please can someone help me? i got a SM Supervsion 2500 yesterday for my birthday, and i am finding that when i play home made VCDs the audio goes in and out of snc with the Video... does anyone have any idea if this is to do with my DVD player or software i am using? please help i dont want this to be a bad birthday present

Hey ! I think you're lucky !!!
I had the same problem with you until yesterday.
You must change the settings in Audio1 and Audio2 tab in setup menu.
In Audio1 change the "others" on analog to "6ch", and in Audio2 disable the Dolby prologic or surround.

P.S.
I have connected the DVD with an Home Cinema Amplifier with the plain Left-Right cable and i don't know if this works with the scart or optical ouptut
