As i wrote above - any HLS tool will do it. Any of VideoDownloadHelper , StreamDetector, etc.

StreamDetector does not work for me

Ok,found easier way.
On the menspreapod site click on embeded icon to take it to audioboom.com (https://audioboom.com/posts/7635952-72-the-missing-postman-larry-griffin)
Click CTRL+U in browser to view page source. Click CTRL+F and in search box type .mp3, til you find:
https://audioboom.com/posts/7635952-72-the-missing-postman-larry-griffin.mp3

And it should ask you to save it. No plugins needed.
