  1. Has anyone had any luck getting thru to these guys ???? I've not been able to get this program to work. I've followed the instructions, gone on-line for help and sent them 3 e-mails. Can't get a responce. E-mails returned as undeliverable to both Customer Support and Tech Support.
    **************************
First...on my "Main" screen, at the bottom it says, "ASPI seems valid - No"
2nd....Under "Mpeg information" it says, "Not Analysed"
3rd.....I hit "Go" and get a message......."Internal XML Generation" execution succeeded" Internally computed XML generated successfully as
    "H:\Video Bin\videocd.xml"
    *****************************
Then I get a message....VCDxBuild.exe failed. Imput Mpeg stream invalid-aborting.

I can't locate a manual in the program, do you have one that I can download and print out for reference and help ?

    Can anyone help me ?????

  2. Customer Support ?? VCDEasy is a free program, it does not come with a manual, if you paid for the program, you got ripped off, and you aren't the first one.

Secondly, the problem you are having is an ASPI Layer, which I recommand you download http://www.whdl16709.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/download.html
and then reboot and you'll be able to burn using VCDEasy.

    Search Comp PM
Go here http://aspi.radified.com/ and you'll find what you need to fix the ASPI problem. Also on the Settings > CDRDAO you'll probably need to change Force Driver to generic-mmc.

  5. DO NOT INSTALL ASPI 4.70!!!
It is full of bugs! and ruins just about any 95/98/Me/NT and even some 2000 and XP users reported back problems with it!

ONLY USE ASPI v4.60 Build 1021!
