    I have a divx movie which has a FPS of 25. Can i just change the "source aspect ratio" in tmpg to 4:3 525 Line (NTSC) and have it work on my DVD Player??? or do I have to follow that guide on this website to convert it?

    25fps is Pal format. If you wish to convert to VCD for NTSC playback, you will need to follow the guide on doing so. Selecting the TmpGenc NTSC film VCD template will probably result in out of sync audio or other playback problems.
