Hi guys, I have movies in MKV with EAC3 audio and I need to convert it to AC3, is there a tool or a way to add the MKV movie and pass EAC3 to AC3 keeping video quality?

  2. I believe ProWo's Clever can do this.
He can post to verify this.

If not then Clever can extract the EAC3 or convert just it to AC3.
Or use ffmpeg to do this.
Then you can remove the EAC3 with mkvtoolnix-gui.exe & add the AC3 file.

  5. Avidemux can also do this. Select to copy the video and convert the audio.

Thank you again and I donīt know why I accidentally moved Clever and the ffmpeg folder to the desktop, then in Clever in configuration I changed the old path to the new one and when I try to use an mkv I get an error

Delete the file portable.config in the clever folder and restart it.
