WHAT SOFTWARE WOULD BE THE BETTER ONE?

I NEED TO KNOW WHICH SOFTWARE I SHOULD USE IN ORDER TO CREATE SVCD'S WITH CHAPTERS. I HAVE EZ CD CREATOR 4. IF I NEED SOMETHING ELSE LIKE NERO, WHERE CAN I GET IT? AND ALSO WHERE DO I GET MPEGS WITH A REASONABLE SPEED AND SELECTION. I AM USING WINMX AND IT SUCKS!!!! PLEASE HELP.

I use Nero 5.5 for all my VCD projects. You can get a copy at www.nero.de.

mpg files on the net are hard to find and it you did, it would be 2 files over 1 gig. Personally, I wouldn't bother. Just download divx and convert them to VCD.

WinMX....SUCKS. To get your divx files I highly recommend iMesh if you are willing to share your files. I have been using iMesh to get all my movies, music videos etc and that high speeds. Kazaa is a good too but #1 as to be iMesh.
