I have several good quality MPEGS that are both PAL and NTSC. After successfully using VCDEasy to author them to VCD for playback on a stand alone player, I end up with a viable VCD.
The problem comes in the playback of the VCD on the standalone player. It seems that the audio and video are out of synch by no more than 1 to 1.5 seconds. But just enough to make it noticable and irritating. This problem only occurs on items I author.
I do have VCD authored and burned to CD-R from other sources that infact do not have this problem. So I know that the stand alone player is capable of playing the VCD correctly.
What am I missing??

I should also note... that the original MPEG had no dicernable synch issues when played on the PC.
