VirtualDub Job Control

could anyone here explain the above how do you add jobs to job control like movies you are adding to do on VD, also can you pause movie when its dubbing

Im using VD v1.10.4 also why does it takes forever to dub a movie. I mean I started 1 at approx 7pm 1 night left PC running over night. checked it at 10am next day, it hadnt even got to 1/4 way through dubbing. thats 15 hours which is riddiculas really that slow
