    Hi, I am wondering if I edit MPEG2 file in MediaSudio Pro and then convert it into SVCD will I loose substantial picture quality or minimal. Thanks

    Source file MPEG2 was created with CCE 2.64 at avg 6000 min 0 and max 9000 VBR mode 3 with 720X480 resolution. Thanks
