I am occasionally downloading video from local streaming site. Before watching it on TV, I need to edit some part using Adobe Premiere. However, importing it directly to AP does not synchronize the audio. I think there is some compression that makes the audio sounds like chipmunks. So, I have to use Fonepaw or Freemake to convert it to the same format before I can import it to Adobe Premiere.

The problem is, some parts are getting pixelated during the conversion especially scenes like disco, leaves, trees, or scene with too many moving objects. Overall, the video retains its resolution because I am using the original settings when converting. Any idea what is happening and how can I resolve this?

    Thanks.

Any number of possible causes. Resolution is just one part. If the video quality is changing after the conversion, then you are likely changing (lowering) the video bitrate. Post the source file specs and the output file specs.

Pretty standard bitrate starvation during complex scenes. Freemake is a horrible program and uses pretty poor x264 settings. I would use something like Handbrake and use slower x264 presets or use continue to use Freemake but with double or triple the bitrate.
