Ok Next incredibly stupid question - Copying VCD's

Ok, Encoraged by my sucess this weekend in burning and convert. I decided to copy a friends VCD. I have been having a hell of a time doing somthing so simple.

First I tried a CD->CD copy. I have been using Roxio CD creator platum. So I tried just to disk copy. I got some wierd error and my dvd player refused to read the new VCD.

then I downloaded a VCD->MPG tool, which worked however it looked like I lost some quality on the conversion. This could just be my perseption. can anyone confirm or deny this?

anyone have any advice?

The best way is to do a properly DAO copy (as for any CD), but I wouldn't trust Easy CD Creator to do it properly...

Try Nero, CloneCD or CDRWin.
