I've been subscribing to Office 365 Home for a few years now without any issues until today. When I go to the login page and try to login it says "We don't recognize the domain name" or to be more specific "sbcglobal.net isn't in our system". I keep an Excel worksheet of my Usernames & Passwords so I'm definitely logging in with the correct credentials. I don't remember when I last tried to login to Office 365 but I have many times in the past.

Just to verify the email I used to purchase Office 365 I can go to Word > Accounts to verify this email. I can also login to my Microsoft Account without any issues although it uses different email & password.

My 365 subscription is up in a couple of weeks so I need to get into my account to add a subscription card I've purchased.

I'm running Windows 10 version 1703 (64 Bit). I ran the Microsoft Support & Recovery Assistant for Office 365 but it couldn't get past it not recognizing my email.

I've seen others have occasionally run into this but with no consensus on the fix. I think Microsoft has suggested resetting your Office 365 password but everyone has said that doesn't work.

    Any ideas?

    EDIT:

Ok I was able to finally login via my Outlook.com account using Edge... strange.

Since I currently have a different email & password for my Microsoft and Office 365 accounts can I change this so they are the same? It possibly might make logging in in the future to Office 365 with my Outlook.com account easier.

Also I just can't seem to find the right page within my Office 365 account to add a license card I think they've made it harder to find. Any help here?
