[HEVC] x265 Parameter Reconfiguration

Hello,

I am working in a project where i need to reconfigure some parameters including AMP, TUs and signhide during the coding process. But the function "recofigureParam" says that to reconfigure these parameters it is needed to resend the PPS do be resent and the SPS to be resent at ever CVS boundary.

I am having trouble to figure out how to resend the PPS and the SPS as needed. The commentary doesn't specify where or how i have to resend them, and i had no luck searching on the code.

If someone could help me with this i would be very grateful.
