Ok i have burned a vcd of a couple of my movies but they came out with 3 discs for the one movie and the quality sucked (almost unwatchable). Now i have found almost dvd quality movies on kazza media under 500 megs. Could any one give me some help on how to make that good of quility that size

Movies of 500MB HAVN'T a good quality, they have only acceptable quality! and they are not VCDs, they are DivX-Movies => only for the PC!
The only Movie that needs 3 discs is Titanic, all other films fit into 2 VCDs (or even 1 if it's shorter than 90 min, eventually 99 for people who can burn that)
Use Panasonic 2.51 with its amazing Video Filter (best: Fixed/Weak), you'll get VHS quality, and then you'll not think about those crappy 500MB films anymore!
