How to Ripping Subtitles from Blu-ray / HD-DVD / CBHD Video Content?

Hello, dear all.


I know how to extract subtitles from regular DVD's.


After rip dvd to PC, I can use SubExtractor or SubRip programs ( among a few other too ) to read the subs to srt subtitle format.


But, concerning about Blu-ray / HD-DVD / CBHD video material, how to do it? Which programs to read the subtitles to srt or similar formats?
