Capturing video streaming from Rock TV

Today are started the streaming trasmissions of this Italian channel
The website is:

I've captured a stream:

But in vlc this stream freezes a lot, is possible to obtain a rtmp link or a m3u8 file?

for the live you can find two m3u8 link m3u8_url and secure_m3u8_url
it's the last m3u8 links, the others are not live

from source page I find 16 m3u8 links, the last two that I suppose to be for live streaming are not playable (encrypted?)
streamlink for windows is unavailable (I'm redirected to a 404 error page)
