  1. Hi, I converted some asf, avi, mpeg, etc movies to VCD Mpg and was able to burn onto VCD. I tried using the tutorial posted on the authoring page on how to put a VCD onto a DVD. I was able to burn the movies onto DVD, but the picture were having defects. It had a layer of white frame covering the picture causing it to be blur. Are there other methods other than converting the movie to DVD Mpeg? Because it really consume lots of time encoding DVD Mpeg. Can someone please help.

  6. I have had a similar problem.

I have put an mpeg1 and mpeg 2 onto 1 DVDR.

The mpeg2 is at 720x576 and plays fine.
The mpeg1 is at 352x288 and is really really blocky on my PS2. The audio is choppy and it looks like there a white film over the picture.

They both work fine on my DVD player and PC.

I used SpruceUp to do the authoring.

Was it the same with different authoring???
