Need help with a .re4 video file

Hello all;

I am trying to convert a video file from .re4 to something more common. I have a miniplayer to view it now. I found a program to convert it here, but I am unable to get it to work.

It is a video from a security system. The manufacturer is Webgate. I would also like to see if anyone could clean up the video a bit and enhance it.

I can place it on dropbox and send a link if someone could help.

Nothing. You hit the start button and it does nothing. I am unable to find any documentation on it at all.

I need to be able to convert this file type and then clean it up a bit if possible

I could open it in VirtualDub using an AviSynth script, then saving as a lossless (Lagarith) avi file - can't help with enhancing the video, not competent.
