Brightcove videos, STV player

From last few days trying to download video form this link

with no luck
Tried lots of diffrent software like WM Capture, GetFLV, Net Transport, Replay Video Capture, WM Recorder, IDM, URLSNooper2, Replay Media Catcher,
the only thing what i can do is, turn of Flash plugin in google chrome and download mp4 but very low quality, or use camtasia studio to rip video during playback, but it takes time, lot of space on HDD, and video is not smoth.

Ill checked that forum for similar topics, but nothing works for me.
Any ideas, or i should stick to camtasia, and try different codecs?
