CAN ANYBODY HELP

I need some help can somebody tell me the best writer and the best
software to use to convert dvd to vcd I have only just started to look and I am confused already :oops:

Start with HOW TO DVD RIP to the left.

(I prefer Sefys guide myself)

As for the writer... Well I really duno. One with buffer underrun would be best to prevent "coasters" being burned....

The best burn program is IMHO Nero, but not for VCD/SVCD Authoring, it just doesn't create a fully standard disc, and it doesn't always work good on all players, you'd be better off using TSCV or VCDEasy.
