MPEG files details not displaying

Hey guys, all the details for my mpeg files have gone missing, I can't see the length, width/height, etc and also the thumbnail for the videos have gone too. Happened just after I installed two programs - FFDshow and Haali Media Splitter. Then uninstalled them but still the same problem.

The videos still play fine without any problems, but just so frustrating.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

what OS you have?

Just tried that and still not working, some thumbnails are back but most aren't and the details are still not displayed.

Enable Details pane:



Do you have Details pane on bottom with details when you select the file?

Unfortunately still the same. I already had it enabled and it only shows the size and the date modified/created but nothing else. It showed everything else before. It's the same for VOBs too. All other videos are fine.

Open Default_MPG and Default_VOB.reg
restart computer
