i loaded up the NTSC SVCD template
then i made the filesize 790 mb which made the CBR 600 <<oh well!!>>
i switched the frame rate from 23.39 to 29.9
i switched mpeg-2 to mpeg-1

not worth your time watching when it is done. You probaly will wished you made 2 cd's but this is a learning process for us all or we wouldn't go thru the trouble of making any vcd's.

e-z-e,
I just bloo a fuse on this one, he, he... ...what tha....
Can you clarify what exactly R U doing here?
* what's your source, ect.
-vhelp -
source=divx... all i really did was use the TMPG wizard to load a SVCD template. Then I used the bitrate calculator to see the highest bitrate that i could use for the movie to be less than 800 mbs. Then i switched back to MPEG-1 and adjusted the size from 480x480 to 352x240. I selected normal encode speed and started.
even though the bitrate was low, i see little difference between this movie and the others i made using the standard VCD Template.
I will take this opportuninty to ask a question. Although i made the filesize 790 mbs., how come it came out to be 824 mbs? what is the deal with the hard disk space because it almost threw my calculations off.Visit my webpage at:
