Working on Project now where we need to grab any video play Through Browser , to me it seems that we need to create a Solution for each streaming site , but this is Impossible , if you look at IDM / DownloadHelper etc it can grab any video from any site and i don't think they have made a Solution for each site out there ,
any info regarding this will help a lot really , i don't mind Commercial SDK if there is any

I doubt you will find any SDK. I would first try find open source video grabbers and see how they work.
But NO software can grab from ALL video sites. Including IDM.
What kind of a project is this?
How DownloadHelper actually work ? is this HTTP Network Monitoring or what's going on behind the scene -
There are numerous ways of streaming video, so creating a tool to work with them all is impossible. IDM and similar tools don't necessarily capture the stream, they capture the file name from the url/link and pull the file directly (same as with an RAR or any other type of file). Many browser specific tools work the same way, they pull directly from the source, they don't capture a stream.
To get "any" video stream, you will likely need to use a packet sniffing solution (ie: pcap or similar). But even apps which use that method don't work with all sites.Google is your Friend
