which dvd2avi audio option?

when selecting the kind of audio to be outputted from dvd2avi (mpeg audio, dolby didital etc...) for conversion to vcd or svcd which should i select, i output using just 2 speakers and am not to bothered about preserving 5.1 soundtracks or anything like that.
i encode with tmpgenc using toolame and ssrc, cheers.

channel format- auto select
dolby digital- decode (or demux if you use a different decoder like azid)
dynamic range control- is subjective, normal is OK for most movies
mpeg audio- demux
48->44,1- off (ssrc is faster)
normalisation as you like
