OK - I'm looking for an easy button - or maybe two.
I have a ton of videos from the last 10 years of my digital camera. I'd like to take all of them an merge them into a single video file that I can play back on the computer/roku/etc.
The source files are .mov, .mpg, .avi, .mp4 - and of course all in difference sizes.
I don't need fantastic quality - I just want them scaled to the full screen and merged together. I could batch convert all of a single type into the common denominator format, then merge those together.
I'm looking for batch software that will automatically upscale and merge.
Any ideas?

I would just toss everything into a timeline in something like Vegas Movie Studio and render it out at your desired settings. Scaling and merging are automatic if that's your preference.
